Products

Marble, granite and natural stone are products of nature. As each piece of marble, granite etc., is virtually unique as to veining, tint, density, etc., any samples submitted are with the understanding that the above mentioned qualities are inherent (in varying degrees) in the nature of the product. Minor pitting and/or surface fissures are normal in natural stones and none of the above mentioned characteristics are to be considered defects. Color, veining and tint may vary from lot to lot and samples are representative of the overall characteristics of the stone. Slabs may be viewed at our location after purchase and delivery to lifetime or at various distributors in the area prior to purchase or selection. 

Non Warranty

THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

1. Neither the product nor the installation is warranted for any outdoor or commercial installations.
2. Any and all products not installed by our company are not warranted.

Warranty Policy: 

1. Lifetime Fabrications, will warrant all products for a period of one (1) year, for labor and installation, including any repair necessary by shifted seams due to house settling.

2. Lifetime Fabrications, will warrant, only granite products for a period of five (5) years, on staining and material integrity. In the event that staining occurs, we will make every effort (with the cooperation of the homeowner) to remove the stain. There is no warranty for staining of marble, limestone, or travertine.

Voidance of Warranty 

The above-described warranties are voidable under the following circumstances:

1. Abuse or misuse of product;
2. Acts of nature beyond our control;
3. When any product is moved or removed from its original installation location;
4. Lack of proper care or maintenance; and
5. Failure to follow use and care instructions above recited. 

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE THE SOLE WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY LIFETIME FABRICATIONS , AND SHALL EXTEND ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER PURCHASER.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use, are excluded from this contract. In no event shall Lifetime Fabrications., be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

The remedies provided are the sole and exclusive remedies for an original consumer/purchaser. This warranty provides you with legal rights and you may have other legal rights which may vary from state to state.
